The Idea
This Isn’t Your Average Tee Time
We built a golf simulator and a lounge into the garage at our home in Fernandina Beach, mostly for ourselves. Then friends asked when they could come. Then friends of friends.
One screen. One lounge. One reservation at a time.
At some point it needed a name. The name describes how the place feels, not how big it is.

One group at a time is not a limitation we work around. It is the whole design. For the length of your reservation the door does not open for anybody else.

Eighteen Holes Without Leaving the Chair
Full rounds, range sessions, closest-to-the-pin when the group needs a scoreboard. Formats that let very different handicaps finish the same night on speaking terms.

Nance Cooks
Cookies, brownies, and warm shareable things when there is a game on. Homemade, made that day, which is also why there is no fixed menu.

The First Members Get to Shape It
Membership is not required to reserve — anyone can book the Club in advance. The founding list is for the people who want first access to the calendar and a say in what this turns into.
Terms and pricing are still being worked out. Joining the list is free and commits you to nothing.

Amelia Island has real golf and we are not pretending to replace it. What we have is the room you want when the weather turns, when the game matters more than the round, or when six of you want to be somewhere that is not a restaurant.
